Frequently asked questions
When does an MNDA count toward the monthly total?
An MNDA counts when its first recipient link becomes active. Reminders and replacement links do not count again.
Do recipients pay to sign?
No. Recipients sign without an account or payment.
Does a declined or voided MNDA count toward the monthly total?
Yes. A declined MNDA and a voided MNDA each count as one included MNDA. A void releases an additional MNDA charge that MNDAtoday did not report.
Does MNDAtoday refund a used MNDA?
No. MNDAtoday does not refund a used MNDA.
What happens when a payment fails?
MNDAtoday stops new sending while a payment fails. Sending continues after a successful payment.
What happens after cancellation?
Your records stay available read-only for 90 days after the paid period ends. MNDAtoday then deletes PDF files and profile fields. Completed agreement terms, party details, signatures, and audit evidence remain.
What does read-only mean after cancellation?
Read-only means that you can open, export, and download your records. You cannot create or send an MNDA.
