Use an email address that can receive messages from MNDAtoday.

Keep storage space or a printer to save your copy.

Consent

Select the consent box to agree to electronic records and signatures.

Select the authority box to confirm that you can bind the named party.

Recipient email confirmation

The recipient must enter a six-digit email code before the agreement opens.

The recipient link expires 30 days after MNDAtoday creates it.

Intent to sign

Type your legal name and select "Sign MNDA" to apply your electronic signature to the displayed agreement.

Copies

After both parties sign, MNDAtoday sends the completed PDF to the recipient by email.

Each party can download the completed PDF and keep a copy.
