This disclosure explains electronic records, consent, signing intent, copies, and withdrawal.
Electronic records
MNDAtoday provides agreements and notices in electronic form.
You need a current browser, internet access, and software that can read PDF files.
Consent
Select the consent box to agree to electronic records and signatures.
Select the authority box to confirm that you can bind the named party.
Intent to sign
Type your legal name and select Sign mutual NDA to apply your electronic signature to the displayed agreement.
Copies
After both parties sign, MNDAtoday emails the completed PDF to both parties. Each party can also download the completed PDF.
Withdrawal
Do not sign if you do not consent to electronic records.
Contact the other party to arrange a different signing method.
