Terms of service
These terms govern MNDAtoday accounts, agreements, signatures, and subscriptions.
1. Service
MNDAtoday provides software that fills a Common Paper mutual NDA template and records electronic signatures.
MNDAtoday does not provide legal services or legal advice. You remain responsible for each agreement.
2. Accounts
Keep each account link and session private. Give accurate account and party information.
3. Subscription
The subscription costs $5 USD each month. It includes 100 first sends per billing period.
Recipients sign without an account or payment.
4. Documents and signatures
Review every document before signing. Confirm that you have authority to bind the named party.
MNDAtoday records electronic consent and signature evidence.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use MNDAtoday for fraud, abuse, spam, or unlawful agreements.
6. Cancellation and retention
Cancellation takes effect after the current paid period ends.
The account stays read-only for 90 days after paid service ends.
MNDAtoday deletes account documents after the 90-day retention period.
7. Availability
MNDAtoday may change or stop the service. Export the completed PDF files that you need to keep.
