## Information we collect

MNDAtoday collects account details, party details, agreement terms, signatures, and billing references.

MNDAtoday also collects timestamps, IP addresses, browser details, and request identifiers.

## How we use information

MNDAtoday uses information to create agreements, verify sessions, send messages, and prevent abuse.

## Evidence record

MNDAtoday keeps an evidence record for each agreement.

The record contains the IP address, the user agent, the request identifier, and the consent version.

The record also contains the signing time, the document version identifier, and the hash chain.

You can download the evidence report for each of your agreements.

## Website measurement

The MNDAtoday website counts page views and sign-up clicks for each day.

The website stores no cookie. The count contains no IP address and no device identifier.

MNDAtoday keeps the daily counts for up to 400 days.

The website honors the Do Not Track setting of your browser. When this setting is on, the website counts nothing.

## Service providers

MNDAtoday uses service providers for hosting, storage, email delivery, security, and payment processing.

A transactional email provider sends the account and agreement messages. MNDAtoday sends no marketing email.

Payment providers process payments and billing details.

## Retention and deletion

MNDAtoday keeps agreement records while an account is active.

Your records stay available read-only for 90 days after paid service ends.

MNDAtoday deletes PDF files, unfinished agreements, saved templates, saved counterparties, and profile fields after the 90-day period.

MNDAtoday keeps completed agreement terms, names, email addresses, notice addresses, signatures, and audit evidence. A party can still verify a saved completed PDF.

Audit evidence can include IP addresses, browser details, and consent records. Completed records do not have an automatic deletion date.

## Your choices

You can open and export your completed PDF files and your evidence reports.

You can request access, correction, or deletion through the privacy contact.
